Had a significant coolant leak that was requiring me to add coolant every day for my short commute to and from work. Sent my car to a reputable shop in Old Town and got a quote to replace the water pump for around $1800. Happened to reach out to German Motor Werx and their quote was for $1000 less- only $800 for a water pump on an Audi 3.0 supercharged engine. They had the work done in less than a day and it has been seamless since. Definitely sending my car here for any future needs. I also reached out to another German auto shop close to here but didn't receive any response after a couple of emails. After that and problems with $2K worth of previous services from the other shop, I definitely will be working with German Motor Werx instead in the future.

We brought our W203 to check for harsh noise coming from front end as well as perform regular maintenance. They found the issues and noted the engine mounts and transmission mount were in need of replacement. Good honest estimates and transparent about the entire process. No upsell, straightforward process. Excellent work and the vehicle drives super smooth and quiet like when new. It’s difficult to find a place that knows German vehicles well and does honest work. This is where I would highly recommend to bring your German vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Very knowledgeable staff here!

Jong has worked on my Audi A3 several times and is always accommodating, respectful, and efficient. He takes the time to explain any issues, run diagnostics, and is straightforward about it. He also uses OEM parts for the most part and won't upsell you on something. I would definitely recommend him if you need work on your vehicle.

I was referred here and have been back a few times now. They’ve handled coolant leaks, oil leaks, battery, wheel bearing, and a CV axle on my Audi A4. They’re straightforward about what needs to be done and don’t try to push anything extra. Just solid work. Honestly, a great alternative to the dealership—same level of work, if not better, without the hassle. The car’s been running consistently better after each visit, which is why I keep going back. Hard to find a shop like that.

Immediately after moving cross country my BMW had a power steering pump blow - and since it’s an msport, the part was super rare and even more expensive. Had a great experience with Jong working on my 2016 Audi A5. I went to him after getting a long list from the stealership. He has fair pricing and great communication/ explanation of his findings. He provided honest feedback on what repairs made the most sense based on severity and really looks out for the customer. If you have a German car in the DMV, this is the shop to go to!

He used to service my cls55 amg and now services my cla45 amg. I cant even think about taking it anywhere else! Love this place!!! They are genuinely honest and I really appreciate the time they gave me to explain and show me what I needed. There prices are amazing, I highly recommend them and I love the little cafe/tennis shop I was able to eat and work while my car was being worked on.
